The breakfast spread was gorgeous, with a wide range of lovely options. The staff were very pleasant as I expected. The location was great and stunning, short walk to Murano Glass factory, all the historic sites and water taxi to the front door, and the view was fabulous.

The location is very central, adjacent to a 10-15 minute walk as well as the railway station. The employees are incredibly nice and exceptional. The room is updated with a good sized bathroom, the hotel features a rooftop bar onsite.

The property was clean, featured lovely design, I loved it. The staff were both very welcoming and superbly friendly. The setting was great and incredible, not far from centre of Venice fronting the canal, all main attractions, and the grand canal and rooftop patio overlooking the entire city. A few times I ate at Rustom Restaurant, located relatively near the hotel.

Magnificent and stunning location next to the ferry over to rialto market, all was very good. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Piccolo Bar. Our room was well-appointed and brand-new and complete with large windows, heating, a sofa.

Everything was great and truly enjoyed my stay there. This fabulous and lovely hotel was in very central location near the vaporetto stop on the grand canal. What's more, it was adjacent to the fish and produce markets, water bus stops, cross canal gondole, shops and many restaurants, and the center of Venice. My superior king room had modern conveniences, including a storage, a lounge area, and a sofa. The staff members were good and approachable. The view was excellent, the service was fantastic.

Only a 10-minute walk from basilica san marco, which was good for us. We appreciated foscari palace. The hotel was not far from Venice Santa Lucia train station. Just walking distance from the restaurant pasticceria bar martini.
